The Vinyl Turbo record brush combines a carbon brush with an integrated, battery-powered suction device. This means that the dust is not just redistributed, but actually vacuumed away. The device weighs only 265g and, unlike other cleaning machines, operates extremely quietly. The enemy of record playback is dust. It consists of many components: silicates, polymers, organic substances—it's all there. A record cleaning machine that uses a liquid can clean most of it, even removing release agent residue. But what happens next? As soon as the precious record is put on the record, the dust falls like snow onto the record. This causes several problems. Particles and hair settle on the needle and make tracking virtually impossible. In addition, the dust particles on the record constantly create enormous crackling noises that lead to significant distortion. |

The Turbo's inner workings are very complex. To achieve effective suction power in such a small, lightweight housing, every single component had to be specially developed. From the fan geometry to the shape of the suction channel, optimization was made wherever possible. The slightly sloped end of the suction channel clearly shows the integrated guide lines, which ensure even suction across the entire surface. A sophisticated filter design, with an easily replaceable cartridge, captures the dirt. The capacity extends well over 100 uses, as does the battery life.

The effect on playback is surprisingly powerful. The sound seems liberated. Even complex music with high levels of distortion is reproduced with significantly less distortion. Sample noise, previously characteristic of analog playback, is reduced by up to 50% through the extraction before listening. The goal here isn't to achieve clinically pure playback, but rather to optimally extract everything contained on the record. And that's a lot. More than anyone dared hope for!
